● FAQ
Good questions, straight answers.
No jargon, no fine print. If something's not here, just ask on the contact page.
Getting started
Who do you work with? +
Local businesses around Northeast Florida — trades, shops, and service businesses like landscaping, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, sod, and pest control, plus local professional services. If you've outgrown DIY marketing but can't yet justify a $60K+/yr marketing hire, you're exactly who Swaha AI is built for.
Do you only work with Northeast Florida businesses? +
Northeast Florida is home, but remote clients nationwide are welcome too. The work — strategy, profile, social, email, SEO, ads — is handled the same way wherever you are.
What happens on the first call? +
Fifteen minutes to hear what's not working and give a straight answer on whether Swaha AI can help. No pitch deck, no pressure. If it's a fit, you'll know what it costs and what you'll get before the call ends.
What's included
What's included in the $2,000/month? +
A quarterly marketing roadmap and monthly strategic check-in (the CMO layer), plus 12+ social posts, 2 email campaigns, full Google Business Profile management, 1–2 SEO & AEO blog posts or site updates, and paid-channel management for Google LSA, Google Ads, and Meta Ads (the marketing-manager layer). A marketing plan lands on the 1st, and a plain-English performance report with your live Command Center dashboard by the 5th.
What's not included in the retainer? +
Ad spend, website builds or redesigns, video production, graphic design beyond basic social templates, custom photography, and a full technical AEO audit. Most of those are available separately — just ask.
Which platforms do you post on? +
Facebook and Instagram, or Google Business Profile, plus email and paid channels (Google LSA, Google Ads, Meta Ads) — whichever mix the roadmap calls for. Anything outside that is agreed up front.
Pricing & terms
Is there a contract? +
A 6-month initial term, then month-to-month — cancel anytime with 30 days' written notice. No penalty, no pressure.
Do you handle ad spend? +
Ad spend is billed directly by Google or Meta — never by Swaha AI, and never marked up. The retainer covers the strategy and management; you stay in control of the budget.
Are there any setup or hidden fees? +
No setup fee on the retainer. Pricing is flat: $2,000/month for the retainer. A website build, when you need one, is scoped and quoted separately — typically $500–$1,500 depending on scope. That's it.
Why did the price change from $1,000/month? +
The retainer used to cover execution only (content, social, email). As of August 2026 it also covers the strategy layer — a quarterly marketing roadmap and monthly strategic check-in — plus paid-channel management that used to be a separate $300/mo add-on. It's now positioned against the cost of hiring a marketing manager or CMO, not against other agencies' pricing. See the full cost breakdown →
Results & process
How fast do results come? +
Marketing compounds. Your Google profile and reviews can move in weeks; local SEO and steady content usually take a few months. No promises of leads in week one — anyone who does is guessing.
Will I see what's going out? +
Yes. A marketing plan lands on the 1st — what's going out, where, and why — and a plain-English report follows by the 5th of the next month. No mystery, no dashboards you have to decode.
Websites
Can a website be built on its own? +
Yes. It's the same system we built for First Coast Sod — a mobile-first site with a built-in blog, a local-SEO foundation, and your own live Command Center dashboard. Scoped and quoted per project, typically $500–$1,500 — no retainer required.
What do I need to provide for the website? +
A short questionnaire and your content (text and images). Copy gets cleaned up and laid out; you bring the words and photos, or stock images are used. You buy your own domain.
